Results HI-JOY BOWL/ARTISAN TILE & MOSAIC QUAD SWISS November 1, 2015

Nineteen teams (76 bowlers) turned out for the HI-JOY BOWL/ARTISAN TILE & MOSAIC QUAD SWISS which was held only one day this year on Sunday, November 1st.

Each team bowled eight games. Going into the last game four points separated the top four teams. OUT OF RETIREMENT took care of business by sweeping their opponent which guaranteed them a victory. The team was Sara Tingley, Kim Hansen, Danny Combs, and Mike Hansen. For Sara and Kim this is their first KSBO title. This is back to back title for Danny giving him six KSBO titles. This is title number eighteen for Mike. He is now third on the all time title list behind Lonnie Sharkey and Steve Force. Congratulations to all of you.

The high game out of the money is determined the last game of the tournament. The WE JAMMIN team shot an 804. Ryan Jamrog (203), Matt Bryan (201), Casey Jamrog (197), and Tom Jamrog (203) each received a check for $85.

Curtis Messer had the high series for the men at 1909. Sara Tingle was high for the women at 1798. The high game of the tournament was a 298 by newcomer Kendra Willis.

The KSBO would like to thank Jim Monahan from Hi-Joy Bowl and Kirk Gruber from Artisan Mosaic & Tile for again sponsoring this tournament. It was a great success and we look forward to doing this again next year.

Our next tournament will be our second trip up north. On November 14th we will be at Laurel Lanes for the LONGHOUSE MARKET & DELI OPEN. The 205 and under is sponsored by LAKESIDE INDUSTRIES. This is a regular singles tournament. The cost is $75 for open members and $60 for under members. Remember that this tournament starts at 11 AM with check in beginning at 9:30. Things you also need to remember are that you need to bowl in each house once as part of your requirement towards the finals and if you bowled as a guest previously and you cashed you must join ($45) the KSBO your next tournament bowled.

The tournament after this one is our Toys for Tots Doubles at Hi-Joy on December 5th. The cap is 416. Please get your entry in as soon as you find your partner. You can email me moc.elbacevaw|ffoea#moc.elbacevaw|ffoea or call 373-3771. That will be the final tournament before we take a short break for the holidays.

SEE YOU AT LAUREL LANES ON NOVEMBER 14TH!!!
